This is a simple Excel Budget and Expense Tracker that allows you to enter in different expenses with an allocated budget.  You can then add detail records to a table that records each of the expenses incurred against an expense type with a drop down list.  These are then summarized on the Budget and Expense Tracker sheet which then allows you to see how much of your budget you have remaining.
